The Henry Bradshaw Society in conjunction with Boydell & Brewer are to set to reprint all HBS titles

The publisher Boydell & Brewer has alerted me to the fact that they are undertaking the important project of reprinting the titles of the Henry Bradshaw Society series, many of which have been long out of print.

For those not familiar, the Henry Bradshaw Society is a British society promoting liturgical studies and reprints of primary source documents. It was founded in 1890 and has issued 115 volumes in its history.

From my contact at the publisher:

The Henry Bradshaw Society Council has taken a decision to make all titles available over the coming months. Suggestions as to which volumes should be prioritized are welcome.

It is worth emphasizing the latter point so that it is not lost. NLM readers have been given the opportunity to give their own particular suggestions as to what they would like to see reprinted from the HBS series.

To help in that endeavour, do go over and look at the HBS publications listing.

Here is what I have personally recommended:

If you have any such suggestions, please contact Katie Kumler at kumler@boydellusa.net.

A final note. One matter here which is of note is that in order for Boydell & Brewer to reprint these, they must also source out these volumes. If anyone can be of assistance in this, please let Katie Kumler know this as well.
