Thomas Stehle gets promotion for music at D.C. Papal Mass

Fr. Z is reporting that Thomas Stehle, who was responsible for overseeing the music for the Washington Papal Mass that led to torrents of outrage all across the country and world, has been named the new director of music for the St. Matthew's Cathedral in Washington, D.C.. The comments on Fr.'s site offer additional insight into how something like this can happen even in the age of Benedict XVI.
