In case one might be wondering whether the re-arrangement of the papal altars (in traditional fashion) with central altar cross and six candles might be something that is being reserved for Vatican ceremonies, one might like to see the Mass that the Pope celebrated today, in a fairly modern chapel, at the hospital of the Order of Malta:
This and the other additions to the papal wardrobe were in evidence here, just as they have been in the Vatican. Proof enough, it seems to me, that this is very likely a permanent program and fixture from henceforth.
