Liturgical Arts Quarterly

One of the major journals on the subject of the liturgical arts which came within the context of the 20th century Liturgical Movement was Liturgical Arts Quarterly. Some of you may be interested to know that Periodicals.com is offering reprints of the journal:

LITURGICAL ARTS [0024-5097]

* A quarterly devoted to the arts of the catholic church
* Vols. 1-20. New York, 1932-1952. Reprint. Bound

What is noted above would not be a complete set as that journal went into the early 1970's.

You may also wish to confer with used bookseller's (such as Loome's Theological Booksellers, who I happen to know do have original issues of this journal as we speak) if you are interested in this publication.

Journals like these are both interesting in their own right and from the perspective of the liturgical arts, but also insofar as they show some of the streams, trends, developments and shifts within the 20th century Liturgical Movement itself.
