Via a few sources, comes this information [in French translation]:
"His Eminence, Cardinal Marc Ouellet, Archbishop of Quebec and Primate of the Church in Canada has set up the church of Saint-François d' Assise for the extraordinary form of the Roman ritew. [The] chaplain will be Abbe Guillaume Loddé, FSSP.
"...the chaplain will be able to celebrate all the Sacraments according to the books of John XXIII."
What is not yet clear to me is if this is a shared relationship, or if the FSSP have complete possession of the church. Regardless, it is very good news, particularly for Catholic Quebec and I daresay Catholic Canada by consequence.
[UPDATE: The parish will be shared with a diocesan priest. Masses will be offered in the usus antiquior daily, including Sunday.]
