The church of St Thomas Aquinas in Palo Alto, California, will celebrate Ash Wednesday with a sung Mass in the Extraordinary Form, at which the St Ann Choir wil sing the proper Gregorian chants for the day, as well as polyphonic motets of Lasso and Morales. The Mass will begin at 8:00 p.m.; the church is located at 751 Waverley St. (at Homer).
