Pope's Pilgrimage to the Holy Land: Jerusalem

Some impressions from this day of our beloved Holy Father's pilgrimage to the Holy Land.

The Pope arriving at the Cenacle, where all the ordinaries of the Holy Land are gathered. The Veni Creator is sung, an address is delivered by the Father Custos of the Holy Land, the Pope holds an allocution, and the Regina Coeli is sung:




Afterwards, the Pontiff briefly visited the Con-Cathedral of the Most Holy Name of Jesus of the Latin Patriarchate of Jerusalem (the - nominal - Cathedral being the Church of the Holy Sepulchre):


And in the afternoon he arrived in the valley of Kidron, between Jerusalem and the Mount of Olives, where he celebrated Holy Mass:
