Parish Priests: this is for you

For the parish priests who read this blog, and I know there are at least a handful, hopefully more behind the scenes as well, I'd be interested in hearing of your parish experiences in implementing the reform of the reform. Have you implemented any of the kind of ideas we've talked about on this blog in your own parish, either at some point in the past, or in the present? Or are you thinking of it?
