The wi-fi service normally available in the place where I do most of my work, my home office, has been dead since Monday afternoon. The service provider has been sending a message about twice a day that service should be restored at the next 6 o’clock, whether a.m. or p.m., and that keeps not happening. I can hotspot my laptop, as I am doing now, but it’s pretty slow, and this is making it very time-consuming for me to do what needs to be done at my job, so things are going to be a little slow here on NLM until the problem gets fixed. The last report said that the problem would be fixed by the end of the business day, but I have no confidence that that is true. Sancte Isidore, ora pro nobis!
