Solemnity of the Rosary (Traditional Dominican Rite) at Holy Rosary Church, Portland OR

I think our readers will enjoy this post by Fr. Vincent Kelber O.P. at Dominican Liturgy, so I am reposting it here.

Solemn High Mass was celebrated for the patronal feast of Holy Rosary Church in Portland, Oregon. While the celebrant was the parish’s pastor, Fr. Vincent M. Kelber, O.P., His Excellency Archbishop Alexander Sample presided in choro and preached the sermon. The Cantores in Ecclesia choirs performed the Josef Gabriel Rheinberger’s Cantus Missæ. Grieg’s Ave maris stella and the Gregorian Chant Propers were also sung.
