Career News: My New TLM Appointment

It is with a great deal of joy that I relate to all of you that Fr. Anthony Manuppella has appointed me to take charge of the music for the newly-established Traditional Latin Mass which will be held at St. Peter's in Merchantville, NJ each Sunday at noon beginning December 2. I am most grateful to Fr. Anthony for the confidence which he has placed in me.

This is, on a personal level, a sign of how much the liturgical life of the Church has changed since the election of Pope Benedict XVI. If anyone had told me two or three years ago that such an opportunity would come along so quickly, I would have laughed in disbelief. But now, here it is.

One of the blessings of this assignment is that it will allow me to continue with my other jobs and projects. I like that kind of variety. It keeps me fresh.
