SCL Conference: Sept. 20-23

Just a reminder about this conference:

"Benedict XVI and the Sacred Liturgy", organized by the Society for Catholic Liturgy (SCL), taking place from Sept. 20-23, 2007 at The Pontifical College Josephinum, in Columbus, Ohio. The keynote address will be delivered by Dr. Alcuin Reid, author of The Organic Development of the Liturgy who resides in London, England.

There is still time to register for this conference, so I would heartily recommend that if you were thinking of doing so, that you proceed to make your arrangements. Conferences such as these not only provide interesting papers, they also provide an opportunity to meet and network with people.

Those who attend will certainly run into some of the Catholic blogging and publishing world. I know of a few people for certain who will be there -- including myself of course, as well as the NLM's Fr. Thomas Kocik, author of Reform of the Reform: A Liturgical Debate (who wrote here about last year's SCL conference).

For information on registering, please visit the conference website.

Registrants will need to print off this form and it can be mailed or faxed
